- Responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents and provide holistic risk assessment and suggestions to enhance business value while mitigating downside risk across multiple areas of the company.
- Assist in the negotiation of investment contracts and agreements, and support in a variety of transactional and corporate governance initiatives.
- Assist in liaising with regulatory bodies and authorities to obtain necessary approvals and licenses.
- Navigate licensing requirements for digital assets related activities, such as digital payment services and digital assets management.
- Monitor and interpret evolving regulations and guidelines in the crypto and blockchain space.
- Bachelor’s or Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school in common law jurisdiction, admitted to the bar is highly preferred.
