Job Scope

• Provide legal advice on general banking and structured trade finance transactions;
• Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of general banking and structured trade finance related documentation, including parental guarantees, loans agreements, letter of credit agreements and receivables purchase agreements. Negotiate standard banking terms and other day-to-day banking agreements and NDAs.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of corporate and governance matters, including corporate restructurings, subsidiary management and support for board and committee meetings.
• Collaborate closely with the board of directors and senior leadership team to ensure effective corporate governance practices, including compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and best practices.
