Legal Counsel — Live Entertainment & Media (Remote, CET)

We're looking for a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join our team full-time. This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes creative environments, particularly across live entertainment, music, and visual media.

The Role

You’ll serve as a trusted legal partner across the business, handling a broad range of matters, including:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with suppliers, partners, and freelancers
• Advising on intellectual property, copyright, and licensing across music and visual content
• Reviewing NDAs and confidentiality frameworks
• Supporting on defamation, brand protection, and reputation management
• Guiding legal considerations around social media and digital content
• Identifying legal risks and delivering decisive, business-friendly solutions
