Legal Counsel
Legal Counsel – responsible for overseeing legal matters and ensuring compliance across the organization.
Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate legal documents, such as sales contracts and procurement agreements, and drive progress toward our standard terms in the region.
Manage legal matters in LATAM related to employee relations in conjunction with Legal LATAM Lead and Human Resources.
Manage and advise the business regarding commercial and procurement matters. Provide legal advice and interpretation of legal matters, including the application of law with specific focus in sales, contractors and vendors.
Perform due diligence reviews in accordance with Copeland's third‑party due diligence review and approval process.
Conduct legal research and draft legal opinions.
Provide legal support on any other matters that the business or legal function may need, including REPSE specific requirements for contractors.
