Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

• Drafts, reviews and/or finalizes legal documents for legal proceedings related to corporate cases.
• Makes legal researches related to cases and to prepare or review corporate agreements for the corporation.
• Prepares pleadings, legal briefs, and all pertinent documents needed for litigation.
• Attends to litigation cases.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years experience in a similar position.
• Must be a graduate of Bachelors of Laws or Juris Doctor.
• Keen attention to details.
• Highly analytical, resourceful.
• Excellent organizational & time management skills.
