Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating a broad range of contracts for Iberia and the wider EMEA business (channel distribution, program acquisitions, ad sales, sponsorship and client partnerships, marketing services, and technical operations).
• Advising the business on broadcast regulation matters (content ratings, protection of minors, European Works quotas, advertising rules, etc.) and regulatory policy, coordinating with Government Affairs and Content Compliance teams where required.
• Supporting the Senior Legal & Compliance Counsel in liaising with relevant authorities (e.g., CNMC, Spanish AVMS registry) to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory obligations.
