What you’ll be doing
Support Legal France Team members and especially the Senior Legal Counsel in dealing with day-to-day requests for legal advice coming from local Underwriting and Operations teams and from colleagues of the network based abroad interested in pursuing business opportunities France.
Be the point of contact and work as a true Business Partner for several underwriting departments.
Review and validate various contractual documents (reinsurance contracts, confidentiality agreements, mandates, brokerage protocols, commercial contracts, etc.).
Propose to underwriters and underwriting assistants solutions that comply with applicable law and are adapted to the needs of AXA XL's clients and partners.
