Requirements

• We are looking for an individual that is personable, confident and proactive with a positive approach to embracing challenges
• You must have strong written and oral communication and drafting skills, good attention to detail and be able to exercise sound pragmatic judgement
• Admitted to practice in England and Wales
• 4+ years’ post qualification experience from a reputable law firm and in‑house experience
• Sound knowledge of commercial contracts including intellectual property and data protection provisions
• Experience of advising on M&A transactions, both domestic and cross border, from inception to post‑acquisition
• Experience of “bread and butter” corporate and company secretarial work to support the company secretarial function
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
• A keen interest in AI innovation
• A collaborative and commercial negotiation style
