About the Job

• Regulatory & Compliance Management: Partner with the corporate Headquarters's Legal Division and the APAC Regional Legal team to manage regional regulatory affairs. This includes handling telecommunications license applications, renewals, official filings, regulatory inquiries, and other localised compliance matters.
• Cross-Border Advisory: Provide practical, commercially focused legal solutions to internal stakeholders and advise business units on various cross-border commercial transactions.
