Job Description

About the role

  • Draft and review legal documents and a wide variety of contracts
  • Advise internal clients in all matters related with corporate, commercial, environmental and labor law
  • Research and respond to general legal inquiries from the business that may relate to disputes and litigation, regulatory issues, intellectual property, privacy matters, fraud issues, and client complaints
  • Act as a business partner to the business, providing legal orientation and back office support to different company processes and negotiations
  • Review, develop, collate, negotiate and assess potential risks of client and sub-consultant contract documents
  • Develop and provide training to the business on various legal topics, including anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, competition law, contract negotiation and administration and other emerging issues
