Job Description
Business Accountabilities Legal Advisory: Provide timely, practical, and business-oriented legal guidance to stakeholders.
Employment Law & Labor Relations: Support the organization in managing labor law compliance, employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and labor disputes.
Corporate Governance: Ensure corporate records, reportorial requirements, and governance documentation are properly maintained across Philippine and international entities.
Contract Management: Support the review, drafting, negotiation, and administration of contracts to protect the interests of the organization while enabling business growth.
Regulatory Compliance: Partner with the Legal & Compliance Lead in maintaining compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
