The Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Manager, Legal Counsel to lead the legal strategy for our global procurement operations. As a senior leader, you will act as the primary legal partner to procurement and supply chain leadership, ensuring that our vendor ecosystem is protected, compliant, and optimized for global scale. You will be responsible for the legal integrity of complex, high‑value supplier arrangements and driving best‑in‑class contracting practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Contracting: Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex, high‑stakes international supplier agreements (e.g., Master Service Agreements, CAPEX, IT/Digital, and Logistics).
• Global Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with cross‑border sourcing, including trade compliance, data privacy, and jurisdictional nuances.
