**Job Title** – Legal Counsel GAPAC SolCo

**Location** – Shanghai, China

This position is part of the Solutions business (Solco) within Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH). This is one of the two standalone entities to be created from ANH, as part of the divestment to CVC Capital.

Responsible for overall finance controlling and support business & operational activities of Essco trading companies in China and Singapore.

**Your key responsibilities**

+ Provide day-to-day legal support to commercial, supply chain, and functional teams across Greater APAC, delivering practical and business-oriented legal advice.
+ Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including sales, distribution, procurement, service, and confidentiality contracts.
