Purpose of the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our team and support the organization across a wide range of legal matters. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks, and providing strategic legal advice to facilitate sound decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts and agreements.
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, employment law, intellectual property, and commercial matters.
• Conduct legal research to support business decisions and regulatory compliance.
