Job Description
Shape legal strategies and ensure compliance as a Legal Counsel. Provide expert legal advice on employment law while promoting an inclusive and customer-focused culture in a dynamic work environment.
In this role, you will actively contribute to the success of the Legal Department. With over 3 years of in-house or private practice experience, you will deliver legal analysis, documentation, negotiation, and support in developing new services. Your efforts will focus on compliance, collaboration with outside counsel, and research on legislation impacting the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal analysis and documentation for employment matters
• Assist in negotiation and preparation for new services
• Review legal work by outside counsel for accuracy
• Research proposed legislation and prepare reports
