About the Role:

Data Analytics Ventures Inc. (DAVI) is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel & Data Protection Officer (DPO) to lead and continuously strengthen the company’s Privacy Management Program. This role is critical in ensuring DAVI’s compliance with data privacy laws, regulations, and contractual obligations while enabling innovation and compliant business growth.

As both a legal advisor and privacy leader, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner to cross-functional teams—including product, data science, technology, information security, partnerships, business development, and risk. You will help embed privacy-by-design across the organization, proactively manage privacy risks, and serve as primary point of contact with regulators.
