Summary:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join their team. The Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our company on a variety of legal matters. The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, contract negotiation, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of legal issues, including corporate governance, contract negotiation, compliance, and regulatory matters
2. Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
3. Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures
4. Conduct legal research and keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company
