Position Description:

The Corporate Secretariat & Legal Affairs team has an opportunity for a Legal Coordinator interested in combining strong organizational and people skills with the ability to coordinate a wide range of corporate legal activities in support of CGI's global Legal, Security and Privacy organization. As part of a fast-paced multinational environment, the Legal Coordinator will support governance, compliance, documentation, and administrative processes across Canadian, U.S., and international entities.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director, Corporate Secretarial Services, the Legal Coordinator will support the achievement of our business objectives by ensuring effective administration of legal documentation, corporate filings, and organizational governance.
