As a Senior Contracts Manager , you will:Provides guidance to stakeholders daily for allocated projects. Drafts, generates, negotiates, interprets, and manages complex contract documents for allocated suppliers, in accordance with internal and external customer schedules to ensure these documents properly reflect business objectives. Performs analysis and prepares reports to ensure allocated contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters, in accordance with company policies, procedures and guidelines.
