We are seeking candidates with 3–7 years’ post‑qualification experience , ideally gained within private practice, with a strong track record advising on corporate transactions related to the transfer of liabilities and assets across different functional businesses and divisions . The ideal candidate will have prior experiences in the banking and finance industry , as well as prior re-papering support in tracking, amending and reviewing templates.
