Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze transcripts to identify legal risks, and sensitive information. Ensure all transcripts are compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies. Provide clear, practical, and timely legal inputs and queries across departments. Maintain organized and up-to-date records and ensure readiness for weekly and monthly compliance reviews.

Candidate Profile

Strong understanding of the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and intellectual property laws. High level of diligence with excellent attention to detail.
