Job Description
A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Bookkeeper to manage the firmβs trust and business accounting functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with legal accounting regulations, managing payroll, VAT submissions, and supporting the firm with administrative and compliance-related duties.
Key Responsibilities Accounting and Bookkeeping
- Perform daily bank reconciliations for both trust and business accounts.
- Maintain complete and accurate bookkeeping records for:
- Trust accounts
- Business accounts
- Manage the monthly billing and invoicing system.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and supporting schedules.
- Monitor cash flow and account balances.
