Job Title - Legal Associate(JA)

Mode- 100% remote

Working Days - Monday to Alternate Saturday

Shift - 6:00 am to 3:00 pm EST(8 Hours working + 1 hour break)

Notice Period - Immediate Joiner

Atleast 3+ year of experience

litigator preferred

Monitoring the JA cases and Priority dates and take appropriate actions.

Drafting, research, and preparing legal documents to communicate regularly with clients regarding procedural and case processing issues.

Auditing cases of the Firm on a daily basis

File Management - ensuring client data on the casework management system and paper files are kept up-to-date and accurate.

Analysing case documents and preparing applications, briefs, and pleadings for filing with the appropriate official agency / court.

Opening and closing cases of the firm. <...
