Arabic Speaking Paralegal_ Legal Consultancy & Debt Collection

Position Definition:

The Paralegal will support the legal consultancy and the debt collection operations of the sister companies by handling legal documentation, court-related follow-ups, client coordination and governmental transactions in the UAE. The paralegal acts as a key operational partner to ensure efficient legal processes, case updates and professional client communication.

Responsibilities

• A. Legal & Court related duties:
  • Prepare, draft and review (Arabic & English) legal documents including but not limited to: Legal Notices, Power of Attorney (POA), Contracts and Agreements, Court Pleadings and memorandums, and case related correspondence.
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with lawyers in handling cases before UAE local Courts (Labor, Commercial, family, execution, and related matters)
