Real Estate Legal Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate documents, including:
• Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs) and Off-Plan Addendums.
• Development Management Agreements.
• Facility Management Agreements.
• Manage the end-to-end legal process for property acquisitions and disposals.
• Provide clear, concise, and practical legal advice to internal stakeholders on real estate matters.
• Liaise with the Dubai & Abu Dhabi Municipalities, the Department of Urban Planning and Municipalities (DPM), and other relevant government authorities.

Due Diligence and Compliance

• Conduct thorough legal due diligence on properties, including title checks, encumbrances, and regulatory approvals.
