Job Description The Yankowitz Law Firm, P.C., an established and expanding Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Firm is seeking a motivated, ambitious, organized and detail oriented Paralegal for our Long Island office located in Great Neck, NY (on the border of Queens/Nassau County) to support our attorneys with day-to-day legal tasks. This role is critical to keeping cases on track, clients informed, and the office running efficiently.

 

This is an exceptional opportunity for candidate experienced in:

Drafting/Preparation (but not limited to)

Summons and Complaints;

Bills of Particulars;

Discovery Responses;

Discovery Demands;

Requests for Preliminary Conferences;

Note of Issues;

Expert Disclosures.

Potential/Prospective New Clients - (obtaining and collecting necessary information and documents);
