In this role, you will provide vital support to attorneys by managing cases, coordinating communications, and ensuring the smooth flow of legal operations. Responsibilities:

+ Manage a high volume of cases, ensuring all details are tracked and deadlines are met.

+ Serve as the primary liaison with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers.

+ Coordinate with insurance adjusters and claim representatives to secure authorizations for treatments, medications, and surgeries.

+ Draft and edit legal documents, including motions, subpoenas, discovery requests, and correspondence.
