Job Description

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of retail business commercial contracts and agreements
  • Advising on corporate and commercial legal matters to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Providing legal support for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic initiatives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks
  • Researching and staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations

  • Degree in Law with 3+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law
  • Demonstrated expertise in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
  • Solid understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and risk management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
