Legal Advisor Position

An exciting opportunity has become available within the construction industry, for a Legal Advisor. The position is based in Plattekloof, Cape Town.

Duties & Responsibilities

Legal support:

Providing general legal support to the different divisions of the company: Finance & Management Support / Management Program / FCA’s / Professional Services. Drafting of legal documentation, including contract templates, default notices, PSP appointment letters etc. e.g. Sub-consultant, PROCSA and CIDB templates and Addenda. Vetting and compliance: All legal documentation drafted on behalf of third-party funders. Monitoring ongoing litigation and disputes, vetting court documentation where applicable. Liaising with employers and/or Consultants on legal matters on behalf of the company and/or clients.
