Mō te tūka | The role
We have two roles available based in our Pest Management and Conservation team to contribute to our academic mission through engaging teaching, meaningful research, and strong support for students. You’ll teach at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, supervise research students, and play a key role in delivering the Bachelor of Science (Conservation and Ecology), mostly supporting our Joint Institute programme with Huazhong Agriculture University in Wuhan, China.
A key component of this role is teaching in person at our Joint Institute in Wuhan, China for up to 16 weeks each year, delivered as two four‑week blocks each semester. The University covers travel, accommodation, and approved business‑related expenses during these periods.
