Position Summary:
The Department of Management and Marketing in the School of Business and Entrepreneurship at North Central College invites applications for a full-time lecturer position in Business to begin August 1, 2026.
The duties in this role include:
+ Provide excellent instruction in a variety of undergraduate business courses including a first-year introduction to business and second year business career/professional development course for the School of Business and Entrepreneurship. This position carries a teaching load of 24 credits per academic year. Other courses may be assigned depending on the candidateโs qualifications and experience.
+ Assess studentsโ work and provide detailed feedback on how to improve their content knowledge, critical thinking skills, oral and written communication skills, etc.
+ Mentor undergraduate students through one-on-one and group interactions and independent study opportunities.
