(What the role is) This is a 2-year contract position as a Lecturer in the School of Design & Environment (What you will be working on) Academic duties Develop and improve the content of modules you are assigned to teach and deliver for full-time and part-time learners Be competent to conduct teaching and delivery of modules in classroom and online setting Set and conduct assessments for the modules you are assigned Lead in the integration of modules content, teaching and delivery to achieve the course objectives Initiate and experiment with new pedagogies or learning technologies to enhance curriculum delivery
Non-Academic duties Administrative and other duties to support the management of the school, diploma and modules Duties and responsibilities that may arises to support curriculum development and currency Solve operational problems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness Supervise junior team members to ensure smooth operations
