REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 3+ years supervisory experience in the leather industry. Minimum of 3+ years’ retail or shop floor experience within the leather merchant industry. Matric (Grade 12) qualification is essential. Tertiary education is advantageous. Strong understanding of sales and marketing systems within a retail environment. Demonstrated ability to deliver results with a proven track record of success. Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while being a strong team player. Strong time management and organisational skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team effectively. High level of emotional intelligence. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Valid driver’s license and own vehicle preferred.
