Job Description
The role is primarily responsible for driving lease-generated revenue across:
- LIMA Tower 1 (office leasing)
- Biz Hub Commercial Lots (standalone commercial developments)
- TOLE
- LEX
The position will focus heavily on:
- Office leasing acceleration
- Commercial lot monetization
- Strategic tenant acquisition
- Concept development and land use optimization
- Broker/channel management
- Long-term tenancy and revenue quality
