Job Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate industry handling sale, leasing and/or marketing of commercial properties/ shops/ outlets.

Good knowledge of local real estate legislation and regulations

Extensive network of commercial properties that are available for lease and/or sale

Well versed in market trends and practices in the commercial industry
