SoLa Impact is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Leasing Agent. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the leasing process for our portfolio of affordable housing properties. They will work closely with the leasing team to ensure that occupancy goals are met and that the leasing process is efficient and effective. The Leasing Agent will also be responsible for developing and implementing leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants, as well as maintaining positive relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
