Our Client is looking for a Leasing Administrator, located in Modderfontein. Duties & Responsibilities

The Leasing Assistant will provide organizational and administrative support and will be responsible for all activities related to company leases, including analyzing and negotiating agreements, as well as finalizing lease renewals with various landlords.

Maintain accounting records of all stores on database. Assist with communication with landlords relating to renewals, closures, new stores, relocations, addendums, offers, and leases when required. Communicate and negotiate with landlords on account-related queries. Complete other accounting tasks as needed. Be available to attend to emergencies that may arise over weekends.
