Our client, a dynamic Property Group, seeks a Leasing Administrator to join their team, who can start Immediately or as soon as possible at their offices in Rosebank.

Must live in or around the Rosebank Area.

MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE AS A LEASING ADMIN FOR A COMMERCIAL PROPERTY COMPANY (NON-NEGOTIABLE).

Job Purpose:

The Leasing Administrator plays a critical support role within the regional leasing function, providing administrative and coordination support to Leasing Consultants and Property Managers.

This role ensures the efficient processing of leasing activities, accurate record-keeping, and seamless coordination between the region and head office leasing team.

The position is highly process-driven, requiring strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.

Salary: R20 000 – R25 000 per month.
