Job Description
**Summary:**
The Leased Facility Engineer (LFE) is a key onsite role within Metaβs Global Leased Facility Operations team, responsible for maintaining and protecting Metaβs infrastructure in leased data center environments. They are responsible for onsite operations and maintenance execution of Metaβs assets, day-to-day landlord coordination, risk management, incident management, and compliance activities in their assigned leased data center. The role requires strong technical, operational, and coordination skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
**Required Skills:**
Leased Facility Engineer Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary onsite representative for Meta Facility Operations
2. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on Meta-owned systems (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, controls)
3. Develop, update, and validate maintenance procedures and checklists to improve reliability and consistency
