ADP is hiring a Learning Support Coordinator
In this role, you will manage the learning systems and support all users of ADP learning systems. You will proactively contact users before training to control all requirements and help them connect to our systems.
You will administer our Learning Management System, work closely with the project manager on improvement projects, maintain the LMS, create new features, and assist users with issues. You will serve as the first point of contact between ADP, our provider, the learning team, and our learners, participate in meetings, provide status updates, and assist in reporting to aid the team in forecasting workload.
