JOB TITLE: Learning Support Coordinator
SITE: Post holder will work across all centres (North London/Hertfordshire)
REPORTS TO: Deputy Chief Executive
LINE MANAGEMENT: None
HOURS OF WORK: 35 hours per week
SALARY BAND: ££34,000 to £39,000 (Based on skills and experience appropriate to the organisation)
* OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
* To ensure that there is a consistent, high-quality provision of learning, social, and personal development support across the organisation to learners with special education needs and disabilities (SENDD)
* To support, and collaborate with, teaching staff in adapting course curriculums and developing teaching and assessment strategies to meet the needs of SEND learners.
* Coordinate the work of a team of Learning Support Assistants providing them with leadership and mentoring and ensuring that they are working effectively to provide a high standard of support to SEND learners.
