We’re working with a range of mainstream primary schools that offer Enhanced Learning Provisions - dedicated spaces where children with additional needs get the support, structure and nurturing they deserve. These schools are seeking compassionate, experienced Learning Support Assistants who can bring patience, empathy, and practical know-how to their classrooms.
What your day might look like:
Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups within enhanced provision settings
Collaborating closely with SENCOs, teachers, and therapists
Creating calm, structured routines where pupils can feel safe and understood
Encouraging progress - academically, socially and emotionally
