Learning Support Assistant (LSA) / Teaching Assistant (TA)
Location: Bourne, Lincolnshire
Pay: Β£105βΒ£125/day (DOE)
Duration: Full-time | Long-term | Temp-to-Perm
Start: ASAP / Flexible

Luma Education Recruitment are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support and guide pupils of all abilities, including SEN, SEMH, ASD, and ADHD, helping them thrive every day in a positive, engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
* Implement behaviour strategies (PRICE / TeamTeach experience desirable)
* Support pupilsβ academic, social, and emotional development
* Help maintain a calm, positive classroom environment
