If you’re a Learning Support Assistant who thrives on helping pupils build confidence, independence, and belief in themselves, we’ve got long-term roles in primary schools across Lewisham that could be a perfect fit.
These aren’t day-to-day bookings. These are settled, five-day-a-week positions where you become part of the team, part of the routine, and part of a child’s real progress story.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting pupils with additional learning needs in class
Delivering small group interventions
Working closely with teachers and SENCOs
Helping children regulate, refocus, and re-engage
Building trust, consistency, and confidence every single day
