Responsibilities

• This position in addition to training duties will manage and support all functional and technical aspects of the Blackboard Ultra environment.
• Provide support to its users via workshops, documentation, video tutorials, service requests and consultations.
• Work with educational departments on campus for user buy-in and support.
• Work with individual faculty to set courses up in Blackboard Ultra from a functional standpoint.
• Enhance the Blackboard Ultra environment through the investigation and deployment of new technologies in collaboration with Information Technology technical support.
• Manage educational technology implementation projects like Banner and LMS platforms.
• Provide teaching sessions in Blackboard LMS.
• Provide functional and academic support for the current Learning Management System (Blackboard Ultra Learn).
