Job Description
What you’ll do:
• Designing and customizing the training modules according to the organization development needs and objectives
• Effectively delivering the classroom training based on the yearly training calendar
• Managing the evaluation process of the classroom training impact on the employees’ performance
• Managing and follow-up the induction training process for the newly hired employees
• Coaching the coaches in the field based on the global coaching focuses
• Improving the coaching quality by managing the qualitative coaching reports and matrix among the organization
• Responsible for designing and implementing the DNA for the assigned line/function based on the agreed development needs
• Actively participate in managing underperformers sessions and plaining for customized development solutions
