The Senior Associate – Learning Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of learning programs. Acting as the key connector between learners, facilitators, and Learning Leads, this role manages the end-to-end coordination of assigned learning portfolios. The Senior Associate is accountable for quality, timeliness, and learner experience, while also contributing to process improvements and mentoring junior team members. This role requires a high degree of ownership, proactive communication, and an ability to anticipate and resolve delivery challenges in a fast-paced environment.
