Job Description

The opportunity

This role is crucial in marrying the strategic learning needs of our business with the learning content for learners across EY. You will be part of a dynamic team that helps EY professionals continuously learn and develop and contributes to EY’s purpose of Building a better working world. Essentially, the role covers the following scope:

  • Partner with Strategic Talent consultants and Service Line Learning Business Partners to manage Service Line (SL) stakeholder relationships at the Asean level to drive one consistent curricula.

  • Identify and validate actual skill needs as well as business priorities with all relevant stakeholders ongoing throughout the year and at budget planning stage.

  • Plan solutions in line with business needs together with the design and development team and act as conduit between all teams involved throughout design project.
