Cire Services seeks to appoint an experienced and passionate Learning Assistant to join our dedicated team at Monbulk Community School. This role is instrumental in fostering inclusive and engaging learning environments and will suit someone who enjoys working closely with learners from diverse backgrounds and who thrives in a collaborative, community-focused setting. This is a fixed term, part time position working 8.30am - 4.00pm 4 days per week commencing as soon as possible until the end of the academic year.

Key Responsibilities

• Support educators in the delivery of tailored learning programs
• Assist students with classroom activities, promoting engagement and participation
• Help prepare learning materials and maintain a safe, respectful learning space
• Provide individualised support to students with varying needs
• Contribute to the wellbeing and development of students in alignment with Cire’s values
