• Prepares training documentation such as training manuals, hand‑out of participants, questionnaires, and other support materials (attendance sheet and nameplate)
• Schedules training sessions and send notifications/confirmation to participants
• Coordinates the physical preparation of training sessions, availability of the training room, ensures all necessary equipment and catering arrangement as well
• Keeps records of training course materials and files up to date (certificates, handouts)
• Prepares post‑training reports (evaluation, budget liquidation, and certificates)
• Ensures to update the OJTP filing of reports and other documents
